Standard Home Inspection

The standard home inspection is complete inspection of the home with a written report containing pictures and details. Designed to educate a buyer on the overall condition of the home. Includes inspection of the Roof, exterior cladding, grounds, foundation, electrical panel, windows, doors, interior finishes, water fixtures, plumbing, wiring, outlets, lights, appliances, gas leaks, carbon monoxide leaks, smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, heating, cooling, water heater, etc. Thermal imaging is included with every inspection.  We encourage buyers/customers to be present for their inspection and address any concerns they may have on site.


Move-in Certified/Pre-Sale Inspection

Move-in Certified/Pre-sale Inspection is an inspection designed for sellers. Having your home inspected prior to putting it on the market has many advantages. Primarily, this inspection informs the seller of any major problems that may effect the price of the home. The advantage of no surprises" is beneficial. Also, the opportunity to fix any safety hazards and identifying smaller items that can be repaired to improve the aesthetic value of the home.


11th Month Warranty Inspection

There are more than 3,000 operating components in a home. Even with new homes it is possible for several of those components to wear out over the course of a year. Fortunately, most new homes come with a 1-year builder's warranty. Our 11th month warranty inspection is a specially designed inspection to ensure that you take full advantage of your home's warranty.


Investor Inspection
